When you submit a registration form on any Find Smile Events page, you are providing information both to Find Smile Events and to the specific dental practice hosting that event.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you complete an event registration form, including:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Your responses to qualification questions (e.g., how soon you're looking to improve your smile)
• Preferred appointment time or event slot (where applicable)

• Referring URL (how you found our page)

• With the dental practice: Your registration details are shared directly with the dental office hosting the event you registered for. That practice may contact you independently about your appointment.
• With service providers: We use third-party platforms (such as CRM software, SMS providers, and email delivery services) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

SMS & Email Communications

By submitting a registration form on any Find Smile Events page, you consent to receive SMS text messages and emails related to the event you registered for. This includes:

• Registration confirmation messages
• Event reminders leading up to the appointment date
• Follow-up messages from the dental practice
• Any rescheduling or cancellation notices

Message frequency: Typically 2–5 messages per event registration. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

To opt out of SMS: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will be removed from all future SMS communications immediately.

To opt out of email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send you.
