By accessing or using the Find Smile Events website at findsmileevent.com, submitting a registration form, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. Your continued use of our website or registration forms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

Description of Services

Find Smile Events ("we," "us," or "our") operates an online event registration and lead management platform that connects prospective dental patients with participating dental practices hosting smile events and consultations.

Our services include:

• Hosting and managing event registration pages on behalf of dental practices
• Collecting and transmitting registrant information to the corresponding dental office
• Sending event confirmation, reminder, and follow-up communications via SMS and email
• Providing lead management tools to dental practice clients

Find Smile Events is not a dental provider, medical practice, or healthcare organization. We do not offer, provide, or facilitate dental treatment, diagnoses, or medical advice of any kind.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a smile event or use our services. By submitting a registration form, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that individual and accept these Terms on their behalf. All dental services and consultations remain subject to the policies of the hosting dental practice.

Event Registrations

When you submit a registration form through Find Smile Events, you are expressing interest in attending a dental event or consultation hosted by a participating dental practice. Please note the following:

• Submission of a registration form does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. The dental practice may contact you to confirm availability and scheduling details.
• Event availability, dates, and times are subject to change at the sole discretion of the hosting dental practice.
• Find Smile Events is not responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows on the part of the dental practice.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information you provide.
• Any consultations, treatments, fees, or agreements entered into with the dental practice are solely between you and that practice.

SMS & Email Communications

By submitting a registration form, you expressly consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from Find Smile Events and the associated dental practice via SMS text message and email. These communications may include:

• Registration confirmation and appointment reminders
• Event updates, rescheduling notices, or cancellations
• Follow-up messages from the dental practice regarding your consultation

Message frequency: Typically 2–5 messages per event registration. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

To opt out of SMS: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to be immediately removed from future SMS communications.

To opt out of email: Click "Unsubscribe" in any email we send you.

For assistance, reply HELP to any SMS or contact us at privacy@findsmileevent.com. Opting out of communications does not cancel any existing appointment — please contact the dental practice directly for scheduling changes.

User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Register on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal laws
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or data
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without express written permission
• Use our services to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to any party

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, or block access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on findsmileevent.com — including text, graphics, logos, page designs, and software — is the property of Find Smile Events or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

Third-Party Services & Dental Practices

Our platform works with third-party technology providers (such as CRM platforms, SMS delivery services, and email providers) to deliver our services. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Participating dental practices are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Find Smile Events. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or outcomes of any dental treatment or consultation
• Any representations, warranties, or agreements made by a dental practice
• Billing, fees, insurance claims, or financial disputes between you and a dental office
• Any injury, harm, or dissatisfaction arising from your visit to a dental practice

Any disputes with a dental practice should be addressed directly with that practice or through the appropriate professional licensing board in your state.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Find Smile Events disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our platform

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Find Smile Events, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury — arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

• Any dispute between you and a dental practice

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Find Smile Events is principally located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body, rather than proceeding in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Find Smile Events.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or by email where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please discontinue use of our services.
